How do I enable auditing?
.Logon as the Administrator (or a member of the Administrators group) and
perform the following
- From the Start Menu, Programs, Administrative Tools and start User Manager
- From the Policies menu, select Audit
- Enable the events you want to Audit and click OK
- Exit User Manager
It is also possible to configure auditing on a file/directory. Right click on
the file/directory, select properties, and select the security tab and then
select auditing.
